Ingredients:
• 200 ml chicken broth
• 1/4 cup all purpose flour
• 200 g Heavy cream
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 3 cloves mashed garlic
• 1 1/2 cup cheese
• 3 tablespoons white wine
• 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
• Freshly chopped parsley
• Salt and pepper

instructions:
1. Take a pan and melt the butter. Add 1/4 cup of all purpose flour and cook for 2-3 minutes.
2. When the flour is cooked, add full cream and chicken broth. Keep stirring the sauce. The heat should be medium low. If the pan is too hot, the cream would burn and give an unpleasant taste to your sauce.
3. Full cream can be replaced with milk or half milk and half cream.
4. Now add the cheese. Mozzarella and Romano cheese are ideal for this Alfredo sauce recipe. For best results, add one cup of mozzarella and ½ cup of Parmesan cheese.
5. Add garlic, white wine, nutmeg powder and salt and pepper.
