• Self raising flour 250g
• White sugar 300g
• Eggs 5
• Milk 1/3 cup
• Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions:
1. Put flour and sugar through a sieve. Repeat few tomes so the contents are thoroughly mixed.

3. Add vanilla essence, cream of tartar and almond extract to the beaten egg whites.
