Typical burgers are high in calories and cholesterol. This BBQ Chicken and cheese burger recipe cuts out the calories in a hamburger by using a BBQ grill to cook the chicken. To make BBQ chicken and cheese burgers, you will need:

• 2 boneless chicken breast
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon soya sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon chili sauce
• Black pepper
• Salt
• Melted butter
Burger buns
• 1/2 teaspoon Minced garlic
• Lettuce leaves
• Ketchup
• Mustard
• Sliced tomatoes
• Mayonnaise
• Cheese slices

1. Clean the chicken breasts and pat them dry on a paper towel.
2. Mix together Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, black pepper, salt, minced garlic and soya sauce. Pierce the chicken using a fork and then put the breast pieces in this mixture. This helps the flavors reach the full thickness of the breast meat. Marinate for 2-4 hours.
3. Warm up the BBQ machine and cook the breast pieces until they are thoroughly cooked. Brush the chicken with butter 2-3 times while cooking.
4. Warm the burger buns on the BBQ grill.
5. Place the BBQ chicken breast on the bun. Place a lettuce leaf and a few slices of tomato over the chicken. Next, add some mayonnaise, ketchup and a slice of cheese.
Your BBQ chicken and cheese burger is ready. Serve with coleslaw and French fries.

This Indian recipe is takes only 10 minutes to prepare. The kebabs once made can be frozen and cooked any time you want. Cook these kebabs on BBQ machine or simply fry them in a frying pan. To make BBQ seekh kebab, you will need:

• 1 lb minced chicken meat
• 2 cups bread crumbs
• 1 tablespoon soya sauce
• 1 teaspoon red chili powder
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 green chilies, minced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 2 tablespoon gram flour
• 2 tablespoon ketchup
• 1 whole eggs
• 1/4th cup melted butter

1. Take minced chicken in a bowl and add bread crumbs, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper, salt, soya sauce, egg, cumin powder, cardamom powder, turmeric powder, ketchup and 1 tablespoon melted butter.
2. Mix well until a smooth dough is formed.
3. Store the meat in a refrigerator for 12 hours.
4. Take BBQ skewers. Take some minced chicken mixture and mold it around the skewer to for kebabs about 4-6 inches long.
5. Brush with melted butter and put on a BBQ grill.
6. Cook evenly on all sides. When cooked, remove the skewers from the flame and let the kebabs cool for a few minutes and then remove them from the skewers. If you try to remove the kebabs when they are very hot, the kebabs can break.

This is the classic BBQ chicken recipe. For all types of BBQ, always marinate the chicken for 12-24 hours so the flavours seep well into the meat.

• 1 whole chicken cut into 8 pieces
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
• 3 tablespoon BBQ soya sauce
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• Freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• Melted butter 1/2 cup

1. Wash the chicken and trim off any extra fat.
2. In a bowl, mix together honey, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, BBQ soya sauce, lemon juice, red chili flakes, black pepper, salt, mustard and vinegar.
3. Place the chicken pieces into this mixture and coat well. Put in a refrigerator for 12-24 hours and let the chicken marinate.
4. Heat up your BBQ machine. For original taste, use a BBQ machine that uses charcoal.
5. Place the chicken over the grill and cook on medium flame. Brush the chicken occasionally with melted butter.
6. It takes about 5-10 minutes for each side to cook.
7. Serve your BBQ chicken with mashed potatoes or a lettuce, cherry tomato and olive salad.
