Beef Ribs

Beef Ribs or Beef Short Ribs are normally larger, meatier and more tender than pork ribs.


They range from 10 inches square which are about 3-5 inches thick and have 3-4 individual ribs. The meat in the ribs is very tender and tasty. It is also very easy and fast to cook. Beef Short ribs or beef ribs are very good for grilling, like in our Barbecue Beef short ribs and Galbi or in a stew like in our Spanish style Beef short ribs.
