• Honey, 3/4 cup
• Brown sugar,1/4 cup

• Skinless salmon fillet, 6 pieces
• Salt and ground pepper

1. Fill up a pot with water mixed with bourbon and let it boil. Afterwards, place the cedar planks inside for an hour or two.
