• 1 white onion, chopped into pieces
• 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
• 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, ground

• 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese

• 4 pieces of chicken breast fillet, skinned and halved
• 1/2 pint of sour cream
• 1 can of tomato sauce (15-oz. can)
• 1/2 cup of water
• 1 jar of taco sauce (12-oz.)
• 1 tablespoon of chili powder
• 1/3 cup of green bell pepper, chopped
• 3/4 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese (for garnishing)
• 8 pieces of large tortilla flour wraps

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Using a medium skillet, cook the chicken until no longer pink inside.
3. Drain the excess fat and oil.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and chop into cubes.
5. Put the chicken back in the pan. Add in the onion, sour cream, parsley, oregano, Cheddar cheese and black pepper.
6. Cook the ingredients until the cheese melts.
7. Pour in the tomato sauce and water. Blend in the green bell pepper, chili powder and garlic.
8. Place the tortillas in a flat surface. Put in even amounts of the mixture on each wrap.
9. Arrange the prepared tortillas in a 9 x 13 – inch baking dish.
