Ingredients
• 4 chicken breast halves
• 1 can mushrooms
• 100 ml Marsala wine
• 1/2 cup self rising flour
• 100 ml cooking sherry
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
• 4 tablespoon butter
• Black pepper
• Salt

Instructions:
1. Wash the chicken pieces. Remove the bones, skin and any extra fat. Dry the chicken pieces using a paper towel.
2. In a bowl mix together flour, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper.
3. Coat the chicken pieces in the flour, spice and herb mixture. Coat well on both sides.
4. Melt butter in a pan. Always melt butter over low heat to avoid burning the butter.
5. Now add chicken to the pan and cook until both sides are golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
6. Slice the mushrooms and add them to the butter left over after cooking the chicken. Sauté for 2-3 minutes and then add the cooked chicken.
7. Add cooking sherry and Marsala wine. Cover the pan and let simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat.
8. Serve garnished with freshly chopped thyme.

Ingredients:
• 250 g boneless chicken
• 1/2 cup spring onions
• 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup marsala wine
• 1/2 cup fresh cream
• 4 tablespoon milk
• 2 tablespoon butter
• Black pepper
• Salt
• Slices of lemon
• Fresh chopped herbs

Instructions:
1. Clean the chicken and cut into bite sized pieces.
2. Melt butter in a pan and then garlic. Fry until garlic is golden and then add chicken. Sauté until chicken takes on a golden hue.
3. Now add chopped green onions. Stir for 2 minutes.

Ingredients
• 250 g boneless chicken
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 cup marsala wine
• 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Ingredients:
• 400 g boneless chicken
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1/2 cup marsala wine
• 3 large white onions
• 1/2 cup all purpose flour
• 1 cup mushrooms
• 200 g mozzarella cheese
• 100 g Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 2 tablespoon butter
• Salt
• Black pepper

Instructions:
1. Cut chicken into bite sized piece. Dice the onions. Shred Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Slice the mushrooms.
2. In a bowl, mix together flour, oregano, salt and pepper. Coat the chicken pieces with this mixture.
3. Melt butter in a pan and add chicken. Cook until chicken loses its pink hue and then add the onions and the mushrooms. Sauté until onions are tender. Now add chicken broth and Marsala wine.
4. Butter a baking dish and transfer this chicken and mushroom mixture into the dish. Cover chicken and mushroom mixture with grated cheese.
5. Preheat an oven to 380 F. Place the baking dish in the oven.
6. Bake for 40 minutes until cheese melts and chicken is properly cooked. Stir once or twice while cooking.
