Ingredients:
For wings:
• 1/2 kg Chicken wings
• 4 tablespoon all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon Cheyenne pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 2 tablespoon melted butter
• 4 tablespoon vinegar
• 4 tablespoon hot sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

For Blue Cheese Sauce
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• Juice of one lemon
• 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions:
1. Clean the chicken wings. Preferably, use chicken wings with skin because the skin becomes crispy once fried.
2. In a bowl, mix the Cheyenne pepper, all purpose flour, salt, paprika, black pepper and garlic powder.
3. Put the wings in the bowl and mix well using your hands. The wings should be well coated with the dry ingredients.
4. In another bowl, mix the hot chili sauce, vinegar and butter.
5. Heat oil in large pan or deep fryer. Take the wings coated with flour mixture, dip them in chili sauce mixture and them place them in the fryer. Cook on both sides until light brown.
6. Remove on a paper towel and let the extra oil be absorbed.
7. For blue cheese sauce, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, crumbled cheese and sour cream in a blender. Top with more crumbled cheese.
8. Serve the chicken wings with a salad and blue cheese sauce.

This simple but delicious chicken wing recipe is great for a starter at a party. The spicy wings are coated in a sticky ginger and garlic sauce that is so tasty, it wll make you lick your fingers.

Ingredients:
• 1 kg chicken wings with skin
• 1/2 cup hot chili sauce
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 4 tablespoon dry sherry
• 2 tablespoon soya sauce
• 1 teaspoon minced ginger
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 egg

For sauce:
• 1 tablespoon minced ginger
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon butter
• 2 tablespoon brown sugar
• 2 tablespoon soya sauce
• 1 teaspoon chili flakes
• 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix garlic, ginger, hot chili sauce, paprika, soya sauce and dry sherry. Reserve ½ of this mixture and marinate chicken in the other half for 4-6 hrs.
2. Beat the egg. Add the egg to the flour and then add the reserved sauce.
3. Remove the wings from the marinating mixture, coat with flour and egg mixture and then put in a pan containing heated oil. Fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
4. In another pan. Heat the butter and then add garlic and ginger. Fry for 2 minutes and then add brown sugar and 2 tablespoon of water. Stir until sugar melts. Now add vinegar, chili flakes and soya sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until thick.
5. Pour over freshly fried wings. Serve hot.
