•Ground cumin, 1 1/2 teaspoons
•Salt and pepper

•Parsley (chopped), 1/4 cup
•Butter, 3 tablespoons
•Ground beef (lean), 3 pounds

1. Rinse the beans and place them in a bowl. Pour water in the bowl and keep in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours.
