This is a traditional Spanish version of deviled egg recipe and uses Spanish paprika and tomato sauce for an authentic Spanish flavor. The tuna in this recipe can be replaced with salted anchovies.

Ingredients:
• 10 eggs
• 100 g tinned tuna
• 3 tablespoon canned tomato sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon Spanish paprika
• 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoon chopped green onions
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Chopped oregano

Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes so they are hard boiled. Peel off the shells and cool the eggs at room temperature.
2. Cut into halves length-wise and then scoop out the cooked yolks.
3. Place the yolks in a bowl. Add canned tomato sauce, chopped green onions, shredded tuna, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper.
4. Fill this mixture into a pine cone (similar to one used to decorate cakes or cupcake recipes). Then, fill this mixture into the part of the egg from where the yolk was removed.
5. Garnish with tomato sauce and Spanish paprika. Serve cold.

• 6 eggs
