• Fettuccine pasta 16 ounces
• Broccoli 3 cups
• Shrimps 500g

• Heavy cream 200ml
• Garlic thinly sliced 5 cloves
• Freshly ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
• freshly chopped parsley 2 teaspoon
• White wine 200ml
• Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Fill 3/4th of a pot with water, add 2 teaspoons and bring the water to a boil. Boil the pasta until slightly firm and drain water with the help of a strainer. Add 1 tablespoon or 2 to keep them from sticking.

• Lime juice 6 limes
• Lemon juice 3/4 cup
• Shrimps 1/2 kg
• Red onions 2 small
• Serrano chilli 1, crushed
• Chopped cilantro 1 cup

1. Take a large pot and fill 3/4th with water. Add 2 teaspoons of salt and bring to a boil.

This recipe is an easy Mexican recipe that tastes great and can be served alone or with baked potatoes. You will need:

Ingredients:
• Chicken 400g
• Shredded cheese 150g
• Onions, finely chopped 2, small
• Olive oil/ Corn oil 3 tablespoon
• Chopped garlic 2 teaspoon
• Tomatoes 16 ounces
• Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
• white sugar 2 teaspoons
• water (room temperature) 2 cups
• Corn tortillas 12 to 14
• Salt to taste

Steps to make Chicken Enchiladas with Cheese:
1. To make enchilada sauce:
• Coat a sauce pan with oil. Warm the oil and add the chopped onions. Fry for a few minutes on medium heat until translucent.
• Add the chopped cloves of garlic and let this cook for a minute or two.
• Purée the tomatoes in a blender and this purée to the fried garlic and onions. Cook on a low heat until it starts simmering.
• Add chilli powder and mix well. Make the sauce spicier a bit because the chicken and tortillas with absorb some of the spice.
• Add a teaspoon of sugar if you want.
• As the sauce simmers add some water so that it won’t get thick anymore.
• When cooked, remove the sauce from heat.
