Ingredients:
• 500 g fresh green beans
• Water
• 2 tablespoon butter
• Salt

Instructions:
1. Clean the green beans and remove the ends.
2. Fill a large pot with water. Add a teaspoon of salt and bring to a boil.
3. Add the green beans and boil for 3-5 minutes.
4. Remove from water. Arrange in a plate. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and add butter.

• 3 cups Chicken or beef stock
• 1 cup green beans, blanched and cut

Ingredients:
• 2 boneless and skinless chicken breast
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 tablespoon melted butter
• 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
• 1/4 cup black olives
• 1/4 cup crumbled parmesan cheese
