• 2 pounds of ground beef, lean
• 2 stalks of celery, diced
• 1 cup of crumbs, whole wheat
• 2 eggs, beaten lightly
• 1/2 yellow onion, diced
• 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
• 1/3 cup of whole milk
• 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Glaze:
• 1/2 cup of brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce
• 3/4 cup of ketchup
• 1 tablespoon of white vinegar

Instructions:
1. Prepare the ingredients for the glaze. Blend thoroughly and set aside.
2. Place the oven rack to the lower middle slot. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
