Ingredients:
• Mangoes, 2 pieces
• Roasted pork shoulder, 1 piece
• Black pepper (ground), 2 tablespoons
• Salt, 1 teaspoon

• Water, 2 cups
• Honey, 2 teaspoons
• Bourbon whiskey, 1 jigger
• Barbecue sauce, 12 oz.

Instructions:
1. Prepare the mangoes by peeling them and removing the pits.
2. Drop the pits into the crockpot, and chop the mangoes. Set aside.
3. Add in the pork shoulder into the cooker. Sprinkle some salt, pepper and the chili powder.
4. Pour water and balsamic vinegar and stir a little.
5. Cover the crockpot and cook with low setting for about 8 hours.
6. Puree the mangoes using a blender. Process until smooth and pour the puree into a saucepan.
